ST-Line S-Max – ‘Go Further’

Coming to a billboard near you! Just released is our new Pan-European press campaign for Ford of Europe featuring the ST-Line S-Max, so look out for it in the press & outdoor.

The shoot itself took place last Autumn in Northern Spain amidst some pretty fierce coastal storms – waves breaching the seawalls & crashing into buildings – all good fun…
As always with location shooting, the weather can make or break a shoot, but fortunately we had some weather windows & achieved some great results.

We wanted a very realistic look, with a sharp car & natural light and subtly retouched, so we used a car camera rig to give authentic movement rather than virtual.
I’ve been using car camera rigs for many years & love using them in all of their varieties, from my 8 metre carbon fibre mounted under the car version to the newer small portable window suction mounted – easy to transport by air & quick to attach.

The images are to be used in the press as both DPS (double page spread) and single page executions, so were shot to work for both formats.
