Just out of the edit is our latest film ‘The Art of Motor Racing’ – taking the viewer ‘behind the garage doors’ at Martin Stretton Motor Racing.
Martin Stretton is a long time friend and three times winner of the Monaco Historic GP. We also got together on screen last year to film ‘The Gadget Show’ for Channel 5 with Jon Bentley & his team – take a look here at behind the scenes images & story. Martin drove his Porsche and the 1964 AC Cobra he looks after for a client up the hill at Shelsley Walsh while Jon & myself compared the merits of DSLR vs mirrorless cameras.
Martin set up his racing and preparation team back in the late 80’s and has been successfully competing and coaching other drivers ever since. The historic motor racing season is just kicking off now, so preparations have been underway over the winter on a plethora of interesting and important vehicles. Some of the cars seen in the film and in the workshop currently are the ’64 AC Cobra, ’83 Benetton racing 012, Williams FW07 amongst others…
